This year's Mackay Hospital Foundation Family Fun Day, presented by Gardian.

The event was a tremendous success, attracting 4,410 locals who enjoyed a fantastic day filled with activities. The fundraising efforts so far have surpassed $75,000, a remarkable achievement.

All funds raised during the Family Fun Day were donated to support the greatest needs of the Mackay Hospital Foundation. This community-driven charity provides vital fundraising support to the Mackay Base Hospital and all other public hospitals in the Mackay district, including Proserpine, Sarina, Moranbah, Dysart, Clermont, Bowen, and Collinsville.

The team at Gardian takes immense pride in being actively involved in the local community. Helping out on the day comes naturally to them. In the lead-up to the event, Gardian staff encouraged local businesses to donate prizes for the Gardian Prize Tent. For just the cost of entry, attendees had the chance to win over $8,000 worth of prizes.
