Hamish started with Gardian in 2020, having worked in accounting and financial planning for over 10 years in Mackay, Melbourne and Brisbane. He focuses on providing his clients with a wide range of advice, from simple advice early in life, to setting up complex investment and retirement planning strategies. Hamish is the Responsible Manager for our in house Australian Financial Services Licence for Gardian Financial Planning and is a SMSF Specialist Advisor. Operations Manager - GFP
Jessica is our Operations Manager of Gardian Financial Planning and joined the team in 2021. Having completed a Batchelor of Business specialising in Management and Logistics she started her career as a Fleet Controller and moved into Operations Management and eventually onto a partner of a logistics business in Brisbane. With the desire to expand her formal education she completed a Certificate IV in Accounting and Book keeping in 2022. In that same year the opportunity arose for her family to move from Brisbane to Mackay and they’ve yet to look back. Away from work you’ll find her exploring what Mackay has to offer with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys camping and her favourite holiday destination is Fraser Island.
Client Services Officer
Melanie is a Mackay local and began with Gardian in 2020 as a client services officer and brings a wealth of experience to the business with a varied administrative background. Her strong customer service skills help our clients stay on track with their financial goals and ensure they receive a stress free experience throughout the process. Outside of work she is kept busy being a Mum to her 2 kids and enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling her 2 dogs.

Tahlia started with Gardian Financial Planning in August of 2024. Currently studying Financial Planning in University and having completed her Diploma of Business, she has a very keen interest in the financial planning industry. Outside of work, you'll find Tahlia exploring Mackay with her friends
