Jack joined the Gardian Team in early 2019 and with 29 years in the Insurance Broking Industry he brought with him a wealth of insurance knowledge to the Gardian Team. He has focused on big and small commercial risks, heavy haulage and mining risks and has clients based Australia Wide. His local knowledge and prior working life has served him well in establishing great working relationships with both his clients and also the insurers. Client service is a priority at all times and he is backed by the professional Gardian Insurance team..

Rose Webb

Broking Operation Manager

Rose joined the Gardian Insurance Family in March 2019 as a Senior Account Executive and has over 27 year’s experience in the commercial insurance sector. Rose possesses a strong work ethic and this is reflected in her roles where Reliability, Dedication and Discipline are some of the key examples that both her co-workers and also insurers witness every day. Rose is the Senior Assistant to Jack and Luke, our Senior Brokers and also the Office Manager. Focusing on customer service and attention to detail, and with the knowledge of clients and policies, Rose strives to ensure your journey with Gardian Insurance is smooth and as stress free as possible.

Bridget Franettovich

Senior Account Executive

Bridget joined Gardian in January 2016 and worked within the insurance department for over five years. During this time she completed her Tier 1 and 2 studies in insurance as well as a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and Accounting. In April 2021, after completing her Bachelor’s degree, she followed her marketing passion and moved to Airlie Beach to gain experience within this industry. Her love for insurance and the great team she works with, caused her to return to Gardian in April 2022. Bridget has been able to combine her passion for insurance and marketing into her role.

Zac Thompson

Account Manager

Zac joined the Gardian Insurance team in April 2021. Zac is currently one of our Account Executives, primarily providing service to our SME clients, both new and existing, particularly those clients with building property risks and those involved in the mining industry. Zac enjoys the continuous learning involved with the ever-changing insurance world and the challenges this brings about. Zac is a great first point of contact for all enquiries and will always assist to the best of his ability.

Anastasia Thornhill

Insurance Broker Assistant/Compliance Manager

A problem-solver with a can-do attitude, Anastasia is hardworking and builds good rapport with clients and employees. In her spare time, Anastasia enjoys spending time with her family adventuring in our local region, always on the search for new water holes to explore.

Monique Baldassarre

Senior Account Executive

After wanting to be a part of a local company that offers more than one service, Monique joined the Gardian the Gardian Group in 2017. Monique has progressed from being receptionist to an account executive at Gardian Insurance and is now fully qualified to provide comprehensive insurance advice. With her knowledge for this industry expanding to keep up with the everchanging insurance world, this allows her to provide a smooth and stress-free service for all clients.

Emma Elliott

Account Executive

Emma has recently joined the Gardian Insurance team in June 2022, after relocating to Mackay from Bundaberg. Prior to joining Gardian, Emma worked as an administration officer for the Bundaberg Regional Council’s Development & Planning Department. Whilst working for the Bundaberg Regional Council, Emma was able to develop a wide range of knowledge with respect to client relations and has formed a keen awareness when it comes to customer service and its importance. Emma is enjoying her transition into the Insurance industry and excited to develop her professional skills further with Gardian.

Taylah Park

Account Executive

Prior to joining the Gardian Group in January 2020, Taylah worked in management for one of the largest corporate hotel groups in the country. Working with people of all ages and from all walks of life enabled Taylah to develop the skills required to foster a strong service culture. Gardian’s company values, leadership culture and community involvement are closely aligned with Taylah’s ideal working environment. Taylah made the move from property management to the Insurance arm of the business in 2022, as she saw this as a natural progression for her career path within the Gardian Group. Taylah is one of the first points of contacts for new commercial clients, ensuring she retrieves all the necessary information in order to best protect our clients. Taylah currently specialises in obtaining insurance for Mining clients and enjoys the challenges and complexities that come with the mining industry. Taylah takes great satisfaction in providing tailored insurance solutions that help her clients mitigate potential financial losses and to protect their businesses effectively.

Ben Weston

Account Executive

Ben originally joined the Gardian Insurance in April 2019 as a processor and he quickly completed his Tier 2 studies before starting in the Domestic Insurance division. He then completed his Tier 1 studies which will allow him to focus on new and existing SME businesses. Ben decided to take a 12month sabbatical from Insurance services but has since rejoined the company. His maturity and his willingness to put his hand up when needed and take on many tasks beyond his years has made Ben an integral part of the Gardian Insurance team.

Maddison Bell

Junior Account Executive

Maddie joined the team in June 2022 as a Junior Admin Officer. With over two years of experience, including more than a year in Domestic Insurance, she has now transitioned to the Commercial Insurance sector. Maddie plays a key role in assisting Account Executives within Gardian Insurance but is always keen to help clients navigate their business insurance needs, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive experience. Her dedication to providing exceptional service, combined with her growing expertise, makes her a valuable asset to both her clients and the team.

Caleb Barba

Junior Account Executive

Caleb Joined the Gardian Insurance team in April 2023. Caleb’s role is to handle any domestic insurance policies, queries and tasks under Emma Morgan. Since having previous work experience and training within the trade industry, Caleb is well open-minded enough to widen his skillset by striving to be an insurance broker for Gardian Insurance.
