Prior to joining the Gardian Group in January 2020, Taylah worked in management for one of the largest corporate hotel groups in the country. Working with people of all ages and from all walks of life enabled Taylah to develop the skills required to foster a strong service culture. Gardian’s company values, leadership culture and community involvement are closely aligned with Taylah’s ideal working environment. Taylah made the move from property management to the Insurance arm of the business in 2022, as she saw this as a natural progression for her career path within the Gardian Group. Taylah is one of the first points of contacts for new commercial clients, ensuring she retrieves all the necessary information in order to best protect our clients. Taylah currently specialises in obtaining insurance for Mining clients and enjoys the challenges and complexities that come with the mining industry. Taylah takes great satisfaction in providing tailored insurance solutions that help her clients mitigate potential financial losses and to protect their businesses effectively.
