Mellissa (Mel) has joined our gardian family as part of our leasing team. Mel brings a variety of skills and motivation with her from previous years in real estate. Her local knowledge and experience in customer service is why Mel succeeds in property management. She offers great communication, routine and professional planning into her work environment along with her outgoing personality and ability to bring sunshine wherever she is.
Settingling back into Mackay after venturing away for a few years she brings back her two young children so they can enjoy the beautiful lifestyle on offer in Mackay.Mel loves fishing, camping and outdoors with The beach being her favourite place. Mel is looking forward to bringing her love of Mackay community to the forefront as she is a long standing local resident who has a passion for property management.
