Jess brings a wealth of expertise and a client-first approach to her role. After spending time living in Brisbane and more recently experiencing the Canadian lifestyle, Jess has returned to Mackay, where she grew up and remains deeply connected to the community. Outside of work, she enjoys netball, spending time with friends, and participating in various outdoor adventures.
Holding a Certificate IV in Property Services and a Diploma of Business, Jess has built a solid foundation in property management, supported by more than 10 years in customer service. Known for her ability to relate to and build rapport with a diverse range of clients and tenants, Jess’s hands-on approach and commitment to exceptional service ensures that each property is managed with care and attention to detail. Outside of her professional life, she’s also passionate about travel, gaining new perspectives, and connecting with people from different walks of life.
